One of the pictures God uses to describe the church is a body - it's made up of lots of different parts which work together for the good of the whole. So at TCC, the Ministry Team is not just the paid staff. Jesus has given every Christian gifts and opportunities to serve others, and we encourage everyone to get involved.

Stuart trained in London with the Proclamation Trust and at Oak Hill Theological College. Stuart previously worked for churches in Kent and Sussex, before moving to the Midlands to join in starting TCC.

Church Family

Jesus came 'not to be served, but to serve.' Following his example, the Bible calls all Christians to loving service of one another. The aim is that we're all encouraged and built up in love like His. That means everyone's on the team at TCC!

Ali Steele

Pastoral Care

Ali heads up our biblical counselling ministry - speaking the hope of Jesus into everyday life. Biblical counselling is simply one person sharing biblical truth with another, whatever their struggle. We often call it simply 'pastoral care'.

Leadership & Operations Teams

We believe the Lord Jesus leads his church by his word, the Bible, but that he calls Elders to lead local churches under Him. Elders' main tasks are to lead and care for the church by teaching the Bible, praying for the church and setting a godly example.

The Elders delegate some of the practical operations of the church to the Deacons. The Deacons are responsible for managing resources and serving the church practically.
